It is the responsibility of each local Board to provide for local law enforcement of ABC laws within it’s jurisdiction by having an officer on staff or contracting with other agencies for such enforcement.
The Gastonia ABC System has a contractual agreement with the City of Gastonia to provide this enforcement.
